TERMS OF SERVICEBefore requesting a commission, it is required that you have read my terms of service.If there are any questions or concerns, send me a private message.
These rules are subject to change at any time.
I will not be held responsible for what you have not read.By commissioning, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

PAYMENT & FEES✪ Payment is due in full upfront.
✪ Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.
✪ Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions and complex characters.
✪ The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.CANCELLATION AND REFUND✪ Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
✪ You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
✪ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for any reason.WILL NOT DRAW✪ Fetishes (Inflation, diapers, pregnancy, etc)
✪ Offensive Characters/Themes and Hate Speech (This includes hateful depictions of religious/racial/LGBTQIA+ themes)
✪ Excessive gore and self harm
✪ Machine Based Characters/Heavy machinery/Mechas (Mechanical parts and Protogens are fine)
✪ Major NSFW (Mild NSFW can be discussed, humanoid anatomy only)
✪ Any underage or feral animal character shown in a sexual manner.
✪ Illegal drug use of any kind.PROCESS✪ Each step of the process (sketch, lineart, flatcolor, etc) will be sent to you for approval, where you will have the opportunity to ask for any changes necessary to fit your character best with no additional fee. When approved, I will continue the commission and send you the next finished step, until the commission is done.
✪ You are allowed up to one full sketch redo, and changes to a work step should be related to said step (if there is a change asked for the lineart but we are already on the step of shading for example, a fee might be issued for the change to happen as it would be extra work to repaint said lineart, when it should have been caught on the lineart step).
✪ Edits after the piece is completed are free only if they are details I missed from the references or description provided. For anything else, you will be charged an extra fee.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY✪ I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
✪ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
✪ I retain copyright to the artwork only; the copyright to the characters involved is retained by their respective owners.
✪ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
✪ You may use, share and print the commissioned work for personal use.
✪ You may NOT reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
✪ The commerciall fee may vary accordingly with the usage.
